Coffee Shop
A coffee trailer is a one-person espresso line first, a billboard second. Pick the body that fits the machine, the water, and the pitch — then wrap it.

Start with the drink, not the silhouette
A coffee trailer fails when the body is chosen for looks and the machine is chosen later. Espresso, steam, grind, and a small cold line set the footprint. One dual-group machine, a grinder, under-counter fridge, and a sink already fill a short Pod. Add a second operator, a pastry case, or a generator shelf and you have stepped out of the 2300–3000 mm coffee band.
Chris Machinery builds coffee units across Pod and a compact Square. Pod is the default street coffee body: 1650 or 2000 mm wide, Dome or Square roof, paint, Single Axle on the short lengths. Square is the 2200 mm box when you want a flatter wrap wall and a little more pass-by space. Airstream and Capsule can do coffee, but they are the wrong first filter if the brief is a tight pitch and one barista.
This chapter is the menu-side guide. After you pick a class, open a recommended model for the exact millimetres and Get Quote. Prices stay in the inquiry.
What actually has to fit
Water in, waste out, and power decide more than roof shape. A coffee trailer needs a fresh tank, a waste tank, and either shore power or a quiet generator plan. Ice is optional; steam and rinse water are not. If the operator wants oat milk, syrups, and a small pastry, those go on a 1650 mm Pod only if the barista works alone and the queue is short.
1650 mm width is the one-person coffee street. 2000 mm is the two-person or pastry width on a Pod. Square at 2200 mm is for a café face that should read as a box, not a pod. Do not spec Tandem Axle on a 2300 mm espresso cart to make it look serious. Single Axle is the usual coffee axle until oil, water, and a generator stack the payload — coffee rarely needs that at 3 m.
Window side and machine brand are Customize drawings, not series chips. Tell us left-hand or right-hand service, the group-head count, and whether the wrap is the brand. Included items for the series still sit on the product page.
Size band × coffee menu
2300 / 2500 / 2800 / 2900 / 3000 mm Pods are the coffee and dessert band already in the Pod filter. They take espresso, juice, or a small cold line. Stay on 1650 mm unless two people work the hatch. Dome if the body itself should look like a pod. Square roof if you want a flatter fascia for a large logo. The working length does not change with the roof.
3200–4000 mm Pods are snack lengths. Use them for coffee only when the menu adds a griddle, a second fridge, or a proper queue rail. A 4500 mm Pod is a fryer-heavy kitchen, not a coffee cart. If the brief is “coffee plus burgers,” you are no longer in this chapter — open Fast Food or the Square series guide.
A compact Square (2800–3500 mm, 2200 mm, paint, Single Axle) is the coffee box when the site wants a rectangular wrap and a café window, not a pod silhouette. It is not a Pod with a square roof. Those are different families.
Two factory starting points
The usual coffee start is a Pod around 3000 mm, 2000 mm wide, Single Axle, Dome or Square roof, paint. That body takes a dual-group line without pretending to be a restaurant. The second start is a short Square when the operator wants 2200 mm and a billboard wall.
Open the recommended models under this article. Filter Length on the Pod or Square page if you need a neighbour size. The series guide at /products/pod still decides Dome versus Square and 1650 versus 2000. This page only chooses the coffee class.
Equipment that belongs in the quote
Espresso machine and grinder, double sink, fresh and waste water, electrical package, and a front counter are the coffee kit we list on this solution. Under-counter fridge, extra insulation, and a generator shelf are common Customize add-ons for heat and night sites. A/C prep matters in the Gulf; a wrap-ready paint face matters everywhere.
We do not publish a coffee “package price” as the trailer price. Equipment dollars on the card, if shown, are the kitchen add-on band from Customize — not the body. The inquiry carries both.
What to send in the quote
Menu (espresso only, or espresso plus pastry). Pitch width. One operator or two. City and power (shore / generator). Wrap or plain paint. Then pick a recommended model or a length from the series filter and Get Quote. We return drawings and a factory price. This article will not quote you a number.
Coffee is the short, light end of the factory. If the next sentence in the brief is a fryer, leave this chapter.
